(15) Mitigation Measures <br /> <br />The following measures are included in this improvement project in order to minimize <br />the adverse effects of the project; these are; <br />1. construction will be limited to normal business hours, thereby reducing the impact of <br /> the residential and school intrusion. <br />2. the project will conform to applicable State and Federal prescribed standards. <br />3. the construction site will be sprayed, when necessary, to reduce dust potential. <br />4. the project will include erosion control measures as prescribed by Soil Conservation <br /> Service. <br /> 5. temporary daily access and alternative access will be provided, it'necessary, to permit <br /> area access. <br /> 6. all areas that have had soil disturbed will be reseeded in order to re-establish vegetation. <br /> <br /> <br />
