be presented to J.R. Aviation by next week. Mr. Ressler asked how
long it would take for the self service pump to be operational. Mr.
Ritchey advised that he could not speak for Paris Pump Service but it
should be installed in a couple of weeks after the contract is executed.

The next item of business was the status of the gate operator at Cox
Field. Mr. Haynes reported that the RAMP Grant from TxDOT
Aviation had been approved by the City Council and TxDOT
Aviation. The gate operator will be installed this week if the weather
cooperates.

The Board was advised of a fax received recently from the U.S.
Department of Transportation - Law Enforcement Division regarding
an individual wanted by the FBI for questioning. Mr. Haynes
distributed the information and photo to the Board. The FBI was
concerned that he would want to rent or charter an airplane. Upon
receipt of the fax, we notified the local Police Department as well as
the proper authorities at the Cox Field Airport.

Mr. Haynes advised the Board that we would be changing television
services from Heartland TV cable to Direct TV Services at the
terminal because Heartland would not service the area any longer. We
will still be able to have the weather channel as well as news.

7. The meeting adjourned at 6:25 P.M.

Thomas E. Haynes, Recorder
