Section 3. That the Director of Finance of the City of Paris shall be, and is hereby, authorized <br />to implement those rate adjustments recommended by said Water and Sewer Rate Study for the cost <br />of water provided by the City of Paris to its contracted customers, such rate adjustments to be <br />implemented in accordance with said contracts, for Campbell Soup, Tenaska III, Lamar County <br />Water Supply District, Lamar Power Partners, and Marvin, Jennings, Clardy Water Supply <br />Corporation. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That, as a result of said recommended rate adjustments, the volumetric rate for <br />Campbell Soup shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.74 per hundred cubic feet of water; the <br />volumetric rate for Tenaska II! shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.72 per hundred cubic feet of <br />water; the volumetric rate for Lamar County Water Supply District for water taken at the intake point <br />at the treatment plant, shall be and is hereafter adjusted $0.56 per hundred cubic feet of water; the <br />volumetric rate for Lamar County Water Supply District for water taken from the distribution system <br />shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $1.64 per hundred cubic feet of water; the volumetric rate for raw <br />water taken by Lamar Power Partners shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.22803 per thousand <br />gallons of water; and the volumetric rate for Marvin, Jennings, Clardy Water Supply Corporation, <br />adjusted for CPI inflation, shall be and is hereafter continued at the rate of $2.32 per thousand gallons <br />of water. <br /> <br />Section 5.
