Projed Manager. Reviewed the current pricing structure <br /> and suggested revisions needed to accommodate changing conditions since rates were implemented. Additionally, reviewed <br /> storm water costs for the previous five years and revenue needs for the next five years. <br /> <br /> · Irving Stormwater Utility, Irving, TX; Senior Manager. Developed a rate model for recovering the cost of NPDES storm water <br /> permit and general storm water management costs and applied that cost of service to parcel data from the Dallas County <br /> Appraisal Distrid to establish the basic rate structure customer classes. This project was estahhshed in accordance with <br /> Section 402 of the Texas Local Government Code. Consideration was given to billing system limitations and implementation <br /> issues. <br /> <br /> · Piano Storm Water Utility Study, Piano, TX; Project Manager. Development of residential and commerdaJ storm water fees <br /> for implementation of the Ciys storm water utility, including hilling system support and verification of impervious cover for <br /> various commercial customer classes.
