Performed an evaluation of <br /> the SAWS customer information system (CJS) development projed being performed by another consulting firm. This included <br /> evaluating the progress of lbo system's development in relation to the plan for the development process being used and <br /> management of the projed. The evaluation concluded that a non-standard development process was being used, and that <br /> the work wes not properly monitored. Aise, the other consultant's project manager was not using a detailed work plan lo <br /> monitor either the chent tasks or the consultant tasks to perform the project. The evaluation projed team concluded that the. <br /> custom system development project could not succeed and that the work done to date would not be useful and should be <br /> abandoned. <br /> <br />· Fixed Asset Study for the Miami-Dade Water end Sewer Department, Miami, FL; Financial Analysis. Performed a study of the <br /> Department's fixed asset accounting needs and made recommendations for system requirements related to the retirement <br /> units and levels of service component detail needed to manage the Department's fixed assets. <br /> <br /> · Accounting System Evaluation and Selection, Monroe, LA; Projed Manager. Managed accounting system software <br /> requirements definition and package seJedion for the City of Monroe, Louisiana. Also, managed an evaluation o[ and <br /> developed solutions including software requirements definition for a storm water pump station monitoring system for the <br /> City. <br /> <br /> · Storm water Monitoring System; Monroe, LA; Projed Manager. Managed an evaluation of and developed solutions including <br /> soflware requirements definition for a storm water pump station monitoring system for Monroe, Louisiana. <br /> <br /> · Michigan Department of Transporiation.
