This included evaluating the progress of lbo system's development in relation to the plan for the development process being used and management of the projed. The evaluation concluded that a non-standard development process was being used, and that the work wes not properly monitored. Aise, the other consultant's project manager was not using a detailed work plan lo monitor either the chent tasks or the consultant tasks to perform the project. The evaluation projed team concluded that the. custom system development project could not succeed and that the work done to date would not be useful and should be abandoned. · Fixed Asset Study for the Miami-Dade Water end Sewer Department, Miami, FL; Financial Analysis.
