FIELD NOTES City of Paris 0.0348 Acres Lamar Count~, Texas March 2003 Being 0.0348 acres of land, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a pan of' the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract No. 786, also being a part cfa called 218 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land conveyed from L. Franklin Taylor to James McNeal and wife, Johnna McNeal on December 11, 2000, recorded in Vol. 1033, Page 185 of the Real Propert~ Records of said County. The said 0.0348 acre tract o£1and being described more particularly in metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a set iron rod at the Southeast comer of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land, said comer also being the Southeast comer of the said 218 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land, said comer also being in the North boundary line of Clement Road; Thence N 88°29'53" W, with the South boundary line of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land and the North boundary line of said Clement Road, a distance of 31.50 feet to a set iron rod at the Southwest comer of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land; Thence N 46009'00'' E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land, a distance of 35.14 feet to a set iron rod at an interior comer of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land; Thence N 00o47'52" E, continuing with the West boundary line of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land, a distance of 192.95 feet to a set iron rod at the Northwest corner of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land, said comer also being in the South boundary line cfa called 100 ft. by 100 ft. tract conveyed from Ava Nichols to Judy Lynn Ashley Williamson on April 5, 1994, recorded in Vol. 434, Page 133 of the Real Property Records of said County; Thence S 88°43'36'' E, with the North boundary line of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land, a distance of 4.52 feet to a set iron rod at the Northeast comer of the said 0.0348 acre tract of land, said comer also being in the West boundary line of existing Stillhouse Road; Thence S 00o16'37'. W, with the East boundary line of the 0.0348 acre tract of land, the East boundary line of said 218 ft. by 1.4.5 ft. tract of land and the West boundary line of said Stillhouse Road, a distance of 218.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.0348 acres of land. This conveyance is made subject to any and all easements that are of record and not of record in the Land Records of Lamar County, Texas, that are apparent, visible and ascertainable by inspection on the ground, including any buried beneath the surface of the ground for servicing of utilities and like entities.
