FIELD NOTES <br /> City of Paris <br /> 0.0093 Acres <br /> Williamson Tract <br /> March 2003 <br /> <br /> Being 0.0093 acres of land, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br /> County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract Number <br /> 786, also being a part cfa called 100 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land conveyed from Ava Nichols to <br /> Judy Lynn Ashley Williamson on April 5, I994, recorded in Vol. 434, Page 133 of the Real <br /> Property Records of said County. The said 0.0093 acre tract of land being described more <br /> particularly in metes and bounds as follo~vs: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a set iron rod at the Southeast corner of the said 0.0093 acre tract of land, <br /> said comer also being the Southeast comer of the said 100 ft. by 104.5 t~. tract of land, said <br /> comer also being the Northeast comer cfa called 218 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land conveyed from <br /> L. Franklin Taylor to James McNeal and wife, Johnna McNeal on December 11, 2000, recorded <br /> in Vol. 1033, Page 185 of the Real Property Records of said County, said comer also being in the <br /> West boundary line of Stillhouse Road; <br /> <br /> Thence N 88°43'36" W, with the South boundary line of the said 0.0093 acre tract of land <br /> and the North boundary line of the called 218 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land, a distance of 4.52 feet <br /> to a set iron rod at the Southwest comer of the said 0.0093 acre tract of land; <br /> <br /> Thence N 00°47'53" E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.0093 acre tract of land, <br />a distance of 100.00 feet to a set iron rod at the Northwest comer of the said 0.0093 acre tract of <br />land, said comer also being in the South boundary line of a called 4.712 acre tract conveyed from <br />L. Franklin Taylor to James McNeal and wife, Johnna McNeal on April 1, 1997, recorded in Vol. <br />686, Page 213 of the Real Property Records of said County; <br /> <br /> Thence S 85°43'33" E, with the North boundary line of the said 0.0093 acre tract of land, <br />a distance of 3.61 feet to a set iron rod at the Northeast comer of the said 0.0093 acre tract of <br />land, said comer also being in the West boundary line of existing Stillhouse Road; <br /> <br /> Thence S 00°16'37" W, with the East boundary line of the said 0.0093 acre tract of land <br />and the West boundary line of said Stillhouse Road, a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 0.0093 acres of land. <br /> <br /> This conveyance is made subject to any and all easements that are of record and not of <br />record in the Land Records of Lamar County, Texas, that are apparent, visible and ascertainable <br />by inspection on the ground, including any buried beneath the surface of the ground for servicing <br />of utilities and like entities. <br /> <br />I, KENNETH RAY JONES, REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR, #3332, <br />STATE OF TEXAS, HEREBY CERTIFY THE ABOVE IS TAKEN FROM MEASUREMENTS <br />MADE UPON THE GROUND. <br /> <br /> 0 8 003 <br /> <br /> <br />
