FIELD NOTES <br /> City of Paris <br /> 0.0072 Acres <br /> Hines Tract <br /> March 2003 <br /> <br /> Being 0.0072 acres of land, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract Number <br />786, also being a part of a called 100 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land conveyed from Julio Beltran and <br />wife, Carol Beltran to George Hines and wife, Doris Hines, on May 3, 1995, recorded in Vol. <br />525, Page 167 of the Real Property Records of said County. The said 0.0072 acre tract of land <br />being described more particularly in metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a found iron rod at the Northeast comer of the said Hines tract of land, said <br />comer also being in the West boundary line of proposed Stillhouse Road, said comer also being <br />the Southeast comer of a called 4.712 acre tract of land conveyed from L. Franklin Taylor to <br />James McNeal and wife, Johnna McNeal, on April 1, 1997, recorded in Vol. 686, page 213 of the <br />Real Property Records of said County; <br /> <br /> Thence S 00°16'37" W, with the East boundary line of the said Hines tract of land and the <br />West boundary line of said existing Stillhouse Road to a set iron rod at the Southeast comer of the <br />said Hines tract of land, said comer also being the Northeast comer of a called 100 ft. by 104.5 ft. <br />tract of land conveyed from Ava Nichols to Judy Lynn Ashley Williamson of April 5, 1994, <br />recorded in Vol. 434, Page 133 of the Real Property Records of said County; <br /> <br /> Thence N 88°43'33'' W, with the common boundary line between the Hines tract of land <br />and the Will iamson tract of land, a distance of 3.61 feet to a set iron rod at the Southwest comer <br />of the said 0.0072 acre tract of land; <br /> <br /> Thence N 00047'53" E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.0072 acre tract of land, <br />a distance of 100.00 feet to a set iron rod at the Northwest comer of the said 0.0072 acre tract of <br />land, said comer also being in the South boundary line of the said 4.712 acre tract of land; <br /> <br /> Thence S 88°43'29'' E, with the North boundary line of the said 0.0072 acre tract of land, <br /> a distance of 2.69 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.0072 acres of land. <br /> <br /> This conveyance is made subject to any and all easements that are of record and not of <br /> record in the Land Records of Lamar County, Texas, that are apparent, visible and ascertainable <br /> by inspection on the ground, including any buried beneath the surface of the ground for servicing <br /> of utilities and like entities. <br /> <br /> I, KENNETH RAY JONES, REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR, #3332, <br /> STATE OF TEXAS, HEREBY CERTIFY THE ABOVE IS TAKEN FROM MEASUREMENTS <br /> MADE UPON THE GROUND. <br /> <br /> 0 8 7003 <br /> <br /> <br />
