FIELD NOTES <br /> City of Paris <br /> Stillhouse Road <br /> 0.1885 Acres <br /> Ensey Tract <br /> Lamar County, Texas <br /> December 2002 <br /> <br /> Being 0.1885 acres of land, situated with the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract Number <br />786, also being a part ora called 15.946 acre tract of land, conveyed from Ollie B. Vamer to Don <br />A. Ensey on September 28, 2000, recorded in Vol. 1013, Page 303 of the Real Property Records <br />of said County. The said 0.1885 acre tract of land being described more particularly in metes and <br />bounds as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at found iron rod at the Southwest comer of the said 0.1885 acre tract of land, <br />said comer also being the most Westerly Southwest comer of the said 15.946 acre tract of land, <br />said comer also being the Northwest comer of a called 1.596 acre tract of land, conveyed from <br />Ollie Vamer to Marcella Vamer Matney, in October 1996, recorded in Vol. 643, Page 30 of the <br />Real Property Records of said County; <br /> <br /> Thence N 00°48'03" E, with the West boundary line of the said 15.946 acre tract of land, <br />a distance of 731.50 feet to a found iron rod at the Northwest comer of the said 15.946 acre tract <br />of lan& <br /> <br /> Thence S 59°55'10" E, with the North boundary line of the said 15.946 acre tract of land, <br />a distance of 12.89 feet to a set iron rod at the Northeast comer of the said 0.1881 acre tract of <br />lan& <br /> <br /> Thence S 00°47'53" W, with the East boundary line of the said 0.1885 acre tract of land, a <br />distance of 126.40 feet to a set iron rod at the Southeast comer of the said 0.1885 acre tract of <br />land, said comer also being in the North boundary line of the said 1.596 acre tract of land; <br /> <br /> Thence N 83°05'02" W, a distance of 11.34 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br />0.1885 acres of land. <br /> <br /> This conveyance is made subject to any and all easements that are of record and not of <br />record in the Land Records of Lamar County, Texas, that are apparent, visible and ascertainable <br />by inspection on the ground, including any buried beneath the surface of the ground for servicing <br />of utilities and like entities. <br /> <br />I, KENNETH RAY JONES, REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR, #3332, <br />STATE OF TEXAS, HEREBY CERTIFY THE ABOVE IS TAKEN FROM <br />MEASUREMENTS MADE UPON THE GROUND. <br /> <br /> 0 B <br /> <br /> 7- 1. - t , "-'Of';;;/' <br /> <br /> <br />
