FIELD NOTES City of Paris 0.8586 Acres Hawkins Tract Stillhouse Road Lamar County, Texas April 2003 Being 0.8586 acres of land, situated within the Co,orate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a pan of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract Number 786, also being a part of a called 22.49 acre tract of land, conveyed from Dixie Ann Payne Harlan to Mary Ann Harlan Hawkins on February 27, 1984, recorded in Vol. 668, Page 389 of the Deed Records of said County. The said 0.8586 acre tract of land being described more particularly in metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a set iron rod at the Southeast comer of the said 0.8586 acre tract of land, said comer also being in the North boundary line of a called 15.946 acre tract of land conveyed from Ollie B. Vamer to Don A. Ensey on September 28, 2000, recorded in Vol. 1013, Page 303 of the Real Property Records of said County, said comer also being in the East boundary line of proposed Stillhouse Road; Thence N 59°$5'10" W, a distance of 12.89 feet to a found iron rod at the Northwest comer of the said 15.946 acre tract of land; Thence N 61°12'20'' W, a distance of 118.00 feet to a set iron rod at the Southwest comer of the said 0.8586 acre tract of land, said comer also being in the North boundary line of existing Stillhouse Road; Thence N 62°31'49" E, a distance of 51.59 feet to a set iron rod at an interior comer of the said 0.8586 acre tract of land; Thence N 00°4TSY' E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.8586 acre tract of land, a distance of 120.00 feet to a set iron rod at the beginning ora curve; Thence, with a curve to the right, a distance of 115.29 feet to a set iron rod in the East boundary line of Existing Stillhouse Road, at the end of the curve. The radius of the 5°49'01" curve is 985.00 feet and the central angle is 6o42'23''. The chord length is 115.23 feet at a bearing of N 4°09'06" E; Thence N 25°52'56" W, with the West boundary line of the said 0.8586 acre tract of land, a distance of 17.97 feet to a set iron rod; Thence N 9°15'12'' E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.8586 acre tract of Iand, a distance of 30.73 feet to a set iron rod; Thence N 45041'23'' E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.8586 acre tract of land, a distance of 17.37 feet to a set iron rod at the beginning of a curve;
