FIELD NOTES <br /> City of Paris <br /> 0.0198 Acres <br /> Channel Easement <br /> Hawkins Tract <br /> Stillhouse Road <br /> Lamar County, Texas <br /> March 2003 <br /> <br /> Being 0.0198 acres of land, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract Number <br />786, also being a part of a called 22.49 acre tract of land, conveyed from Dixie Ann Payne Harlan <br />to Mary Ann Harlan Hawkins on February 27, 1984, recorded in Vol. 668, Page 389 of the Deed <br />Records of said County. The said 0.0198 acre tract of land being described more particularly in <br />metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a set iron rod at the most Westerly comer of the said 0.0198 acre tract of <br />land, said beginning point also being in the East boundary line of existing Stillhouse Road, said <br />beginning point also being N 35°15'41" E, a distance of 259.38 from a found iron rod at the most <br />Westerly comer of the said 22.49 acre tract of land; <br /> <br /> Thence N 35°15'41" E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.0198 acre tract of land <br />and the East boundary line of said existing Stillhouse Road, a distance of 25.43 feet to a set iron <br />rod at the most Northerly comer of the said 0.0198 acre tract of land; <br /> <br /> Thence S 45°30'19" E, a distance of 27.60 feet to a set iron rod at the Northeast comer of <br />the said 0.0198 acre tract of land, said point also being in the proposed West right-of-way line of <br />proposed Stillhouse Road; <br /> <br /> Thence S 9°15'12'' W, with the East boundary line of the said 0.0198 acre tract of land <br />and the said proposed right-of-way line, a distance of 30.73 feet to a set iron rod at the most <br />Southerly comer of the said 0.0198 acre tract of land; <br /> <br /> Thence N 45°30'19" W, a distance of 41.25 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br />0.0198 acres of land. <br /> <br /> This conveyance is made subject to any and all easements that are of record and not of <br />record in the Land Records of Lamar County, Texas, that are apparent, visible and ascertainable <br />by inspection on the ground, including any buried beneath the surface of the ground for servicing <br />of utilities and like entities. <br /> <br />I, KENNETH RAY JONES, REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR, #3332, <br />STATE OF TEXAS, HEREBY CERTIFY THE ABOVE IS TAKEN FROM MEASUREMENTS <br />MADE UPON THE GROUND. <br /> <br /> hPl 0 B 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />
