Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (October 7, 2013) <br />3. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Skylar Burchinal for a <br />change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) and a Two Family <br />Dwelling District (217) to a Commercial District (C) with a Specific Use Permit (55) <br />self - storage /mini warehouse on Lots 2, 16 and the eastern half of lot 3 and 17 of the Warren <br />Addition Block 1, being located at 1710 Bonham Street. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Mike and Stephanie <br />Hall for a change in zoning from a Heavy Industrial District (HI) and Commercial District <br />(C) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) on Lots 3 and 4 of City Block 154. <br />And a change in zoning from Heavy Industrial District (HI) to Light Industrial District (LI) <br />on Lot 2, City Block 154, all lots being located in the 600 to 1000 Block of West <br />Washington Street. <br />Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Paris Economic <br />Development Corporation for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. <br />2 (SF -2) to a Light Industrial District (LI) on Lots 12 & 13, City Block 327, being located <br />in the 3400 Block of N.W. Loop 286. <br />6. Discussion regarding Part Five of Zone 1: Resort District of the Lake Crook Planned <br />Development District (LCPDD). <br />7.
