Regular City Council Meeting <br />February 10, 2003 <br />Page 20 <br /> <br />seconded by Councilwoman Neeley, and carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003-037, authorizing the City Manager and City Engineer to <br />solicit proposals and negotiate a contract in accordance with State Law for <br />Asbestos Removal at the UARCO Building, which will be converted to a Law <br />Enforcement Center for Police, Court, and Jail Facilities; and similar Asbestos <br />Removal at the City Hall Old Central Fire Station, was presented. A motion was <br />made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Weekly, for approval <br />of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />City Attorney Schenk presented the following petition for rezoning: Leanne <br />Sartor, Lot 4, City Block 255-A, from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 to <br />a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1. <br /> <br />Mayor ?fiester referred the petition to the Planning and Zoning Commission for <br />their study and recommendation at their meeting schedule for the first Monday <br />in March. <br /> <br />There being no further business, a motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, <br />seconded by Councilman Weekly, to adjourn the meeting.
