Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-1) be, and the same is hereby, <br />established on LOTS 9 AND 9C, CITY BLOCK 257-B, on property to belong to JON <br />MCFADDEN, so as to include in such MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br />a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said <br />MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-1) be, and the same are hereby, <br />established as follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the H. L. Williams Survey, and being <br />the same property described in deed to Dennis H. Dellinger and wife, Virginia A. <br />Dellinger, dated April 8, 1999, of record in Volume 868, Page 214, Lamar <br />County Real Property Records, and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the East Boundary Line of 27th <br />Street N.E., said point being North 2 Deg. 42 Min. West a distance of 272.2 feet <br />from an iron pin in the S.E. corner of the intersection of Pine Bluff Street and <br />27th Street N.E., same being the N.W. corner of Lot 9-A; <br /> THENCE North 2 Deg. 42 Min. West with the East Boundary Line of <br />27th Street N.E. a distance of 138.5 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br />THENCE East a distance of 209.4 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br />THENCE South a distance of 138.5 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br />THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of Lot 9-A, a distance of <br />202.8 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.655 acres of land, more or <br />less; reference being made to all the above mentioned instruments and records for <br />all necessary purposes, and being numbers 344 and 364 27th Street N.E. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be <br />guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed <br />$2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated <br />sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective June 1, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />
