Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (November 4, 2013) <br />3. Public hearing to consider the petition of Mike and Stephanie Hall for a change in zoning <br />from a Heavy Industrial District (HI) to Light Industrial District (LI) on Lots 5 and part of <br />3 of City Block 154. And a change in zoning from Heavy Industrial District (HI) to <br />One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) on part of Lots 3 and 4, City Block 154, all lots <br />being located in the 600 to 1000 Block of West Washington Street. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding a portion of the proposed Lake Crook <br />Planned Development District ( LCPDD), all of which property is commonly known as <br />Lake Crook, comprised of 3,000 + /- acres of land, in addition to 1,000 + /- acres of lake area, <br />and said LCPDD is proposed to contain fourteen (14) sub - zones. This public hearing is for <br />a portion of said fourteen subzones, known as sub -zone 1, the Resort Area, and comprised <br />of approximately 337.3 acres. <br />5. Consideration of and action regarding approval of a Checklist for an Environmental <br />Inventory and Evaluation. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Replat of Lots 6 -10, Block A, 79 Business Park, located <br />in the 2400 Block of FM 79. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Master Plat of Lot 1, 2 and 3, Block A, Athena Addition <br />CB 106, located at 707 Lamar Avenue. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Athena Addition CB <br />106, located at 707 Lamar Avenue. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Athena Addition CB 106, <br />located at 707 Lamar Avenue. <br />10. Adjournment. <br />
