ORDINANCE NO.2000-004 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT (PD-al) ON PART OF LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 259, ON PROPERTY <br />BELONGING TO H-W INVESTMEI~TS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2); <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />(PD-al) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br />$2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF <br />FEBRUARY 1, 2000. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble of this ordinance are hereby, in all <br /> things, approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-al) be, and the same is hereby, established on <br /> PART OF LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 259, on property belonging to H-W INVESTMENTS, so as <br /> to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-al) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> DISTRICT (PD-al), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Hiram Williams and Joseph Leach <br /> Surveys, being a part of Lot 14, City Block 259, and being more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 3 of Town North <br /> Addition; <br /> THENCE East a distance of approximately 800 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE South a distance of approximately 1,730 feet to a point for <br /> corner, said point being a distance of approximately 270 feet north of the northeast <br /> corner of Lot 1, Block F, Springlake Estates; <br /> THENCE West a distance of approximately 890 feet to the Southeast corner <br /> of Lot 9, Block 3 of Town North Addition; <br /> THENCE Northerly a distance of approximately 1,730 feet to the place of <br /> begimfing, being in the 2900 Block of Loop 286 N.E. <br /> Section 3. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site' <br /> Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance with <br /> the procedures established in Section 8-303 and Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be <br /> approved by the City Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
