THENCE in a northeasterly direction around a curve (R=140.00', <br /> C=North 51'°05'59" East 176.92 ft.) to the right along the transition of the west <br /> boundary line of said 31st Street N.E. and the north boundary line of Pine Mill <br /> Road a distance of 191.51 feet to a capped (JMN-4025) iron pin (s) for corner; <br /> THENCE South 89°42'46" East along the north boundary line of said Pine <br /> Mill Road a distance of 57.61 feet to a capped (JMN-4025) iron pin (s) for corner <br /> at the southwest corner of Sprin~lake Estates #4, said Addition being recorded in <br /> Envelope 225-C of said Plat Records, said southwest corner of said Springlake <br /> Estates #4, also being the southwest corner of a 20 ft. alley and utility ROW; <br /> THENCE North 0°08'31" West along the west boundary line of said <br /> Springlake Estates #4 and said ROW a distance if 817.61 feet to a capped (JMN- <br /> 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; <br /> THENCE North 89037' 12" West at 271.84 ft. passing the southeast corner <br /> of said Lot 18 and an el corner of said H&W tract 6, and continuing on a total <br /> distance of 417.84 feet to the place of beginning and containing 15.4432 acres of <br /> land, of which 0.8569 acres are contained in the proposed extension of Pine Mill <br /> Road to N. Collegiate Drive, being located in the 2900 Block of E. Cherry Street. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site <br />Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance with <br />the procedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City <br />Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and <br />each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall <br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That this ordinance shall become effective September 1, 2000. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session <br /> convened, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 14th day of August, <br /> 2000. <br /> <br /> Michael I.
