<br />Public Hearing to consider amending Ordinance No. 1710, the Zoning
<br />Ordinance of the City of Paris, to amend Subsection 3-100 of Section 3,
<br />Entitled "Zoning Districts Established," to expand the number of designated
<br />zoning districts to include a Historic District (HD) designation; to add a new
<br />Subsection 3-101 to establish overlay districts; to amend Subsections 8-101,
<br />8-102, 8-103, 8-104, 8-105, 8-106, 8-107, and 8-108 of Section 8, entitled "Use
<br />of Land and Buildings," to incorporate Historic Districts as designated
<br />districts; amending Section 8, entitled "Use of Land and Buildings," to add a
<br />new Subsection 8-400, entitled "Historic Districts"; and to add Subsection 8-
<br />401, designating Historic Districts as overlay districts, and Subsection 8-402,
<br />providing regulations applicable to historic districts.

<br />Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:

<br />Ratifying the termination for cause of the City's grounds maintenance
<br />agreement with Jack Ray Barton, contractor, and approving the
<br />advertisement for bids for furnishing labor, materials, and equipment
<br />and for performing all work required for grounds maintenance on
<br />specified City of Paris parks and facilities.
<br />
<br />Reappointing Gleb Bourianoff to serve as Medical Director for the
<br />Emergency Medical Service of the City of Paris and approving and
<br />authorizing the execution of an EMS Medical Control Agreement with
<br />Dr. Bourianoff.
<br />
<br />Approving and authorizing the execution of a contract for construction
<br />of the softball field, including grading, grassing, irrigation, and infield
<br />construction, for completion of Phase I of the Paris Sports Complex
<br />project.
