MONTHLY <br />Strip and wax hard surface floors paying attention to the corners and areas directly in <br /> front of sinks and commodes and urinals. <br />Dust or shake all artificial plants <br />Dust all wall frames and glass-faced wall hangings <br /> <br />ENTRY AREAS <br />Monday through Friday <br /> <br />Empty all trash receptacles and replace bag liners. Tie off bags as soon as they are <br /> removed. <br />Clean glass areas to the entry doors with Windex. <br />Clean and shine drinking fountains with 409. <br />Sweep steps or vacuum. <br />Vacuum entrance mats. <br />Clean the thresholds by moping tile. <br /> <br />WEEKLY (on Fridays) <br /> <br />Check the corners of the steps to make sure they are free of debris. <br />Clean the inside and the outside of the glass on the entry doors with Windex. <br />Clean the thresholds with a good broom or brush. <br />Clean the tops, front, and sides of vending machine with 409. <br />Dust and/or wash all directory boards as required, remove fingerprints and smudges. <br />Dust fire extinguishers and cabinets (interior and exterior); wash as necessary. <br />Use a damp rag to do the top of the base boards in the main entry. <br />Use a dry rag or dust mop to do the top of the base boards in other parts of the building. <br /> <br />MONTHLY <br /> <br />Dust or shake all artificial plants <br />Dust all wall frames and glass-faced wall hangings <br />Dust all window blinds <br /> <br />QUARTERLY <br />Polish and buff all tile floors. <br /> <br />GENERAL <br />Mop water will only be poured down the mop sink. It should not be thrown down <br /> bathroom sinks or kitchen sinks. At least once each month an organic drain cleaner <br /> should be poured down the mop sink.
