(3) Further discussion regarding possible options to lower water and sewer rates and other items related to water and sewer issues. (4) Discussion regarding possible privatization of the operation of the water and sewer systems. (s) Consideration of and action on an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by revising subsections (b) and (c) of Section 34-22 thereof to establish water rates for residential, commercial, and industrial customers that are based upon the cost to serve each class, and revising subsections (a), (b), and (c) of Section 34-23 to establish a sewer service rate for City water customers. THIS ITEM WAS TABLED AT THE APRIL 14, 2003, REGULAR MEETING. SHOULD THE CITY COUNCIL WISH TO CONSIDER THIS MATTER TODAY, A MOTION TO BRING THIS ITEM FROM THE TABLE IS REQUIRED. (6) Consideration of and action on a resolution accepting the findings of a Water and Sewer Rate Study performed by Reed, Stowe & Yanke, Inc. and authorizing the implementation of said rates for contracted water customers. THIS ITEM WAS TABLED AT THE APRIL 14, 2003, REGULAR MEETING. SHOULD THE CITY COUNCIL WISH TO CONSIDER THIS MATTER TODAY, A MOTION TO BRING THIS ITEM FROM THE TABLE IS REQUIRED. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: A= Rejecting all bids and authorizing re-advertisement for bids for construction of a restroom, restroom/concession building, gateway building, and entry sign (masonry, building, plumbing, electrical, and roofing) for completion of Phase I of the Paris Sports Complex project.
