Resolution No. 2003-062, authorizing the execution ora group benefit services agreement with Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Employee Benefit Pool (TML-IEBP) for Term Life Insurance, Stop-Loss Insurance for Medical/Dental/Vision Program, Third-Party Administration Services for the above coverage maintenance Drug Program, and Long Term Disability, making other findings and provisions related to the subject, was presented. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, seconded by Councilman Weekly, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. At 7:05 P.M. Resolution No. 2003-063, approving and authorizing the execution of Contract Change No. 2 (Attachment No. 01 A) to the contract for public health services, TDH Document No. 7560022067-2002; making other findings and provisions related to the subject, and providing an effective date, was presented.
