TARIFF FOR GAS SERVICE TXU GAS COMPANY <br /> <br /> RIDER: '17 I Rider CT - Competitive Transportation Service -- <br /> <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: PAGE: 1 OF 1 <br /> RIDER CT - COMPETITIVE TRANSPORTATION SERVICF <br /> Application <br /> <br />Applicable at Company's sole discretion to any Customer that otherwise qualifies for se~ice under Rate <br />PT or Rate T and that in Company's sole judgement would not be served by Company but for the pdcing <br />provided pursuant to this Rider. <br /> <br />Applicable only to Points of Delivery that meet the requirements of the previous paragraph, <br /> <br />Monthly Rate <br /> <br />At Company's sole discretion, a discount to the otherwise applicable monthly rate may be offered to any <br />qualifying Customer subject to the special conditions set forth herein. <br /> <br />The discounted rate applicable to transportation service under this provision shall be specified in the <br />associated Transportation Agreement. <br /> <br />Customer must furnish Company a notarized affidavit and supporting information confirming to the <br />satisfaction of the Company that Customer qualifies for discounted service pursuant to TUC 104.003(b). <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />A Transportation Agreement is required. <br /> <br /> -37- <br /> <br /> <br />
