PAGE: 2 of 2 <br /> <br />has the meaning set forth in the Order in Gas Utilities Docket No. 496. For measurement, accounting, <br />and billing purposes, if Customer has.elected to receive Plant Protection transportation servrce, the last <br />quantities of Gas delivered each Day under the applicable Transportation Agreemenl will be deemed to <br />be Ptant Protection transportation Gas. <br /> (b) If Customer is an Electric Generation Customer, then Customer may elect to recewe Firm <br />Electric Load Quantities during each Day during the term of any Transportation Agreement by specifying <br />the applicable Human Use Needs Quantity in the applicable Transportation Agreement. Customer will <br />pay to Company, for Human Use Needs transportation service, a monthly charge calculated by <br />multiplying the Human Use Needs Quantity specified in the applicable Transportation Agreement times <br />the number of Days in the billing Month times the Monthly Charge in the first block, entitled "First 0 <br />MMBtu to 1,500 MMBtu," under Rate Schedule T - Transportation effective where the Delivery Point ~s <br />located, whether such quantities of Gas are actuatly transported by Customer or not. The term "Firm <br />Electric Load Quantity" means the quantity of Gas that qualifies for an exemption form curtailmen[ under <br />the "emergency exemption" paragraph in the Order in Gas Utilities Docket No. 4.96. For measurement, <br />accounting, and billing purposes, if Customer has elected to receive Human Use Needs transportation <br />service, the last quantities of Gas delivered each Day under the applicable Transportation Agreement will <br />be deemed to be Human Use Needs transportation Gas. <br /> <br /> -95- <br /> <br /> <br />
