regarding sump drainage on the asphalt taxi lanes. We are requesting
not to sump drain on the asphalt taxi lanes as it damages the taxi lanes.

The status of repair of the rubber boot at top of hangars B-7 and B-9 to
avoid water standing in the hangar was discussed. Mr. Collier
reported that he has contacted Peter Miller twice for a quote to replace
the rubber boot above Hangars B-7 and B-9. There has been no
response. Mr. Collier will contact Mr. Miller again and we will
continue to place this item on the next agenda.

The status of mowing at Cox Field was discussed. Mr. Haynes
reported that a new mowing contract is forthcoming and we expect to
see a better job of mowing around the hangars. Also, we have used
the prison inmates from Bonham and community services people to
mow.

Chairman Abeles requested items from the Board for future agendas.
Mr. Ashmore advised the Board that we have a problem at night with
the reflectors on the North and South taxiways. The reflectors cannot
be seen. Also the new fuel self service system will require reflectors
and reflective paint to guide planes at night to the fuel system. Mr.
Richey asked if we couldn't borrow 15 foot bat wing mowers from the
Parks Department to mow the Airport. We need to replace our tractor
and shredder at the Airport. Mr. Ashmore would like for the
restrooms in the terminal to be available at night.

8. The meeting adjourned at 6:22 P.M.

Thomas E. Haynes, Recorder
