8. Bidders must currently own or operate landscape company at the time of bid and <br /> equipment capable of performing the work required. <br /> <br />9. Upon bid award, the total annual payment shall be divided by 12 months and paid to thc <br /> contractor on a monthly basis. <br /> <br /> 10.
