Mr. Haynes advised the Board that we have one (1) closed hangar (I-3)
available for rent now. All the rest of the hangars are rented.

Mr. Haynes advised the Board of a visit on April 9, 2003, by Mr.
James Hamilton, Federal Air Marshall, Transportation Security
Administration, who is located at Love Field in Dallas, Texas. Mr.
Collier gave Mr. Hamilton a tour of Cox Field with special emphasis
on the security at the airport. He then came to City Hall and visited
Mr. Haynes. Mr. Hamilton left a contact sheet for the City to fill out
and fax to his office in Dallas. Mr. Hamilton asked that we be on alert
for strangers at the airport. Also, he did not recommend that we leave
any security gates open. The Police Chief has been notified of his visit
to Paris and will continue to have the police officers patrol the airport
during the day and night hours.

Items that are requested for future agenda were discussed. Mr.
Ashmore requested that we look at Hangars B7 and B9 with the bi-
fold doors, water still stands in the hangars when it rains. The rubber
boot at the top of the hangar needs to be replaced. Also, Mr. Richey
suggested that we notify airplane hangar renters to avoid sump
draining fuel on the asphalt. It was also requested that we put mowing
at the airport on the next agenda.

7. The meeting adjourned at 6:50 P.M.

Thomas E. Haynes, Recorder
