MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commissio~ _ <br />Shawn Napier, P.E., City Engine/9~~ <br />May 30, 2003 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: The Hills Phase IV Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br />Show the Right-of-Way (ROW) widths and street pavement widths for the <br />proposed and existing streets. Show the name of all the proposed and <br />existing streets. <br />Cox Communications has requested a 10-foot utility easement in Block E, <br />between lots 15 and 16, and Block F, between Lots 8 and 9, with 5-feet on <br />either side of the common property line. <br />Add the following words to "Preliminary Plat" in the title block "for <br />Inspection Purposes Only". <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />Michael E.
