It appears that the plat
complies with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or
additions.

Show the Right-of-Way (ROW) and pavement width for Lamar Ave.
ROW dedication may be required. The thoroughfare plan show Lamar
Ave. as an arterial which requires 80-feet of ROW. A ROW dedication
may be required.
Revise item # 8 under the general notes to "All lots will have water and
sewer installed by the developer".
Add tract 22 that is owned by John House to this plat or submit a master
plat showing all the contiguous property owned by John House.
Label the plat as lot 1 and 2 of the Extended Stay of Pads Addition.
Remove the former property descriptions (i.e. City Block 102, lots 13, 14,
15 and 22).

I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.

CCi

Michael E.
