WARRANTY DEED WITH VENDOR'S LIEN <br /> <br />514 25th NE · <br />Paris, Tx. 75460 <br /> <br />Consideration: <br /> <br />Ten Dollars and no/lO0 {$10.00) and a note of even date that is <br />executed by Grantee, payable to the order of FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS <br />& LOAN ASSOCIATION OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, hereinafter sometimes <br />referred to as Lender. The note is secured by a vendor's lien <br />retained in favor of Lender in this deed to the extent of <br />$33,731.00, and by a Deed of Trust of even date herewith from <br />Grantor to RICHARD H. MIS, Trustee. Lender, at Grantee's request, <br />has paid in cash to Grantor, that portion of the purchase price of <br />the property that is evidenced by a portion of the note described <br />and as set forth herein.
