FIELD NOTES <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract <br />No. 524, also being a part of the land described as First Tract <br />in a deed to A.S.J. Parrott and wife, Effie Parrott, by deed <br />recorded in Volume 234, Page 230 of the Lamar County Deed <br />Records, and being further described as follows: <br /> Beginning at an iron pin found at the intersection of the <br />West line of said Parrott tract with the South line of the former <br />Paris and Mt. Pleasant Railroad right-of-way conveyed to Texas <br />Power and Light Co. by deed recorded in volume 505, Page 487 of <br />the Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> Thence South 68 Degrees, 43 Minutes, 42 Seconds East with <br />the said South line a distance of 2140.67 feet to an iron pin <br />found in the East line of the said Parrott tract and at the <br />Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Benton Rainey by <br />deed recorded in Volume 270, Page 235 of the Lamar County.Real <br />Property Records; <br /> Thence South 0 Degrees, 59 Minutes, 17 Seconds West with the <br />East line of said Parrott tract and the West line of the said <br />Rainey tract a distance of 1024.07 feet to an iron pin found at <br />the Southwest corner of the said Rainey tract and the Northwest <br />corner of a tract of land conveyed to Billy G. Long by deed <br />recorded in Volume 495, Page 162 of the Lamar County Real <br />~roperty Records; <br /> Thence South 2 Degrees, 34 Minutes, 59'Seconds we~t, <br />continuing with the said East line and with the West line of the <br />said Long tract and the West line of a tract of land conveyed to <br />John A. Long by deed recorded in Volume 623, Page 447 of the <br />Lamar County Deed Records, at 651.24 feet passing a found post, <br />continuing in all a distance of 663.91 feet to a point at the <br />Southeast corner of the said Parrott tract and an inside corner <br />of the said John A. Long tract; <br /> Thence North 86 Degrees, 21 Minutes, 06 Seconds West with <br />the South line of the said Parrott tract and the North line of <br />the said LOng tract, at 20.44 feet passing a found post, <br />continuing in all a distance of 345.96 feet to a concrete right- <br /> F.M. <br />of-way monument found, in the North line of . }:ighway 1507; <br /> said <br /> Thence North 83 Degrees, 56 Minutes We~{"~ith '~o'rth <br /> line a distance of 732.25 feet to an iron pin set at the <br /> Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to E. woodrow Bray <br /> by deed recorded in Volume 651, Page 399 of the Lamar County Deed <br /> Records; <br /> Thence North 5 Degrees, 31 Minutes, 43 Seconds East a <br /> distance of 324.09 feet to a post found at the Northeast corner <br /> of the said Bray tract; <br /> Thence North 84 Degrees, 37 M/nutes, 49 Seconds West a <br /> distance of 253.77 feet to an iron pin set at the Northwest <br /> corner of the said Bray tract; <br /> Thence South 5 Degrees, 36 Minutes West a distance of 321.00 <br /> feet to an iron pin set at the Southwest corner of the said Bray. <br /> tract and in the North line of F.M.
