<br />IMAGENE KING, VERNON C. ALLISON, GERALD DAUGHTREY, CHARLENE FINCH,

<br />ROBERSON, not joined by any spouses as thc herein described property constitutes no part

<br />paid by the Grantee hereiu named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further

<br />CREDIT BANK, as therein specified, providing for acceleration of maturity and for attorney's fees,
<br />tile payment of which note is secured by the vendor's lien hereiu retained, aud is additionally secured

<br />SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto
<br />BENTON RAINEY, herein referred to as the "Graotee", whether ooe or more, all our undivided
<br />interest in and to the real property situated in Lamar County, Texas and being described as follows,
<br />to-wit:

<br /> This conveyance, however, is made and accepted snbject to any and all outstanding mineral
<br />interest, restrictions, reservations, easements, covenants and conditions, if' any, relating to the
<br />hereinabove described property as tile same are filed for record in the County Clerk's Office of
<br />Lamar County, Texas.

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and siogular the
<br />rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belongiog, unto the said Grantee, Grantee's heirs,
<br />executors, adnfioistrators, successors and/or assigns forever; and Grantor does hereby bind Grantor,
<br />Grautor's heirs, executors, administrators, successors and/or assigns to WARRANT AND
<br />FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the said premises unto thc said Grantee, Grantee's heirs,
<br />execntors, administrators, successors and/or assigns, against every person whonlsoever claiming or
<br />to claim the same or any part thereof.

<br /> But it is expressly agreed that the Vendor's Lien, as well as Superior Title in and to tile above
<br />described premises, is retained against the above described property, premises and improvements
<br />until the above described note and all iuterest thereon are fully paid according to the face, tenor,
<br />effect and reading thereof, when this Deed shall become absolute.
