Section 3. That the Director of Finance of the City of Paris shall be, and is hereby, authorized <br />to implement those rate adjustments recommended by said Water and Sewer Rate Study for the cost <br />of water provided by the City of Paris to its contracted customers, such rate adjustments to be <br />implemented in accordance with said contracts, for Tenaska III, Lamar County Water Supply District, <br />Lamar Power Partners, and Marvin, Jennings, Clardy Water Supply Corporation, with any <br />adjustments for Campbell Soup to be deferred pending negotiation, preparation, and approval of a <br />new water purchase contract <br /> <br /> Section 4. That, as a result of said recommended rate adjustments, the volumetric rate for <br />Tenaska II! shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.72 per hundred cubic feet of water; the volumetric <br />rate for Lamar County Water Supply District for water taken at the intake point at the treatment <br />plant, shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.56 per hundred cubic feet of water; the volumetric rate <br />for Lamar County Water Supply District for water taken from the distribution system shall be and is <br />hereafter adjusted to $1.64 per hundred cubic feet of water; the volumetric rate for raw water taken <br />by Lamar Power Partners shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.22803 per thousand gallons of <br />water; and the volumetric rate for Marvin, Jennings, Clardy Water Supply Corporation, adjusted for <br />CPI inflation, shall be and is hereafter continued at the rate of $2.32 per thousand gallons of water. <br /> <br />Section 5.
