Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No.
<br />1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a MULTI-
<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-1) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOTS
<br />1 AND lA, CITY BLOCK 264, on property belonging to BILL GANT, so as to include in such
<br />MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF- 1) the hereinafter described property, which
<br />was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2),
<br />and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-1) be, and
<br />the same are hereby, established as follows:

<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar,
<br />and State of Texas, being a part of the I. Davis Survey, on the West side of the Pine
<br />Bluff Road, and being a part of a 10 acre tract conveyed by J. N. Blake and wife to
<br />W. A. Ryan by deed recorded in Book X, Volume 2, Page 543, Lamar County Deed
<br />Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of a said 10 acre tract, and also being
<br />the Southeast corner of a 2~A acre tract formerly known as the Paris Canning
<br />Company lot;
<br /> THENCE North with the West Boundary Line of said Pine Bluff Road a
<br />distance of 12 3/4 poles to the Northeast corner of the said Paris Canning Company
<br />lot;
<br /> THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of said lot a distance of 29.64
<br />poles to the Northwest corner of said lot;
<br /> THENCE South with the West Boundary Line of said lot a distance of 12 3/4
<br />poles to the Southwest corner of said lot;
<br /> THENCE East with the South Boundary line of said lot a distance of 29.64
<br />poles to the place of beginning, containing 2 lA acres, SAVE AND EXCEPT lot off
<br />the entire West end of said lot conveyed by Fay E. Ritchie to J. T. Ray et al on
<br />August 2, 1929, as shown of record in Volume 228, Page 339, Lamar County Deed
<br />Records.
<br /> SUBJECT TO: the right-of-way dedication for FM Highway No. 195
<br />recorded in Vol. 290, Page 38, Lamar County Deed Records.
<br /> Being the same property as described in deed from Samuel B. McCrum et al
<br />to Mattie Cornett dated September 4, 1951, recorded in Volume 319, Page 435,
<br />Lamar County Deed Records.
<br /> LESS that portion heretofore conveyed by Mattie Cornett to Severn
<br />Townsend by deed recorded in Volume 561, Page 109, Lamar County Deed Records,
<br />and being located in the 1000 block of 20th Street N.E.

<br /> Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed
<br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
<br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this
<br />ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
<br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each
<br />
