UTILITY EASEMENT STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LAMAR That we, Barney W. Bray, III and Josh A. Bray, of Lamar County, Texas, (hereinafter referred to as Grantor) for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable consideration, to us in hand paid by thc CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell, give and grant unto the said CITY OF PARIS, a municipal corporation, of Lamar County, Texas, (hereinafter referred to as Grantee) a perpetual utility easement described as follows: BEING 0.7124 acres of land, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey No. 778, also being a part of a called PARCEL ONE, a 95.39 acre tract of land, save and except 3.597 acres of land, conveyed from William D. Vaughan, Jr. to Barney W. Bray, III and Josh A. Bray, on August 31, 2000, recorded in Vol. 1007, Page 244 of the Real Property Records of said County. The said 0.7124 acre tract being described more particularly in metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a found iron rod at the Southeast comer of said PARCEL ONE, said corner also being in the North right-of-way line of F. M. Highway No. 1507; THENCE, with thc said right-of-way line, N 55037'53" W, a distance of 129.99 feet to a set iron rod at the beginning of a curve; THENCE with a curve to the left, a distance of 444.42 feet to a found concrete monument at thc end of thc curve. Thc radius of the 2°56, 18" curve is 1949.86 and the central angle is 13°03'33'. The chord length is 443.46 feet at a bearing of N 62°08'07" W; THENCE N 68°34'42" W, continuing with the said North right-of-way line, a distance of 1260.43 feet to a set iron rod, at the beginning of a curve; THENCE with a curve to the right, a distance of 78.72 feet to a set iron rod at the end of the curve. The radius of the 00°30'06' curve is 11419.16 feet and the central angle is 00°23'42~. The chord length is 78.72 feet at a bearing of N 68°22'51' W. THENCE N 68 °11 '00' W, continuing with the said right-of-way line, along the reference bearing, a distance of 1130.64 feet to a fence comer at the Southwest comer of said PARCEL ONE; THENCE N 1 ° 39' 36' E, with the West boundary line of said PARCEL ONE, a distance of 10.65 feet to the most Northerly comer of the said 0.7124 acre tract of land; THENCE S 68 ° 11 '00' E, with the North boundary line of the said 0.7124 acre tract of land, a distance of 1134.26 feet to the beginning of a curve; EXHIBIT.J ..
