RAY STARKS IS REQUESTING MULTIPLE FAMILY ZONING ON THIS <br /> LOT LOCATED AT 514 N.E.25TM. STREET. MR. STARKS PLANS TO <br /> BUILD A NEW DUPLEX AND A SINGLE FAMILY HOME THERE NOW <br /> AND BUILD TWO MORE DUEPLEXES THERE LATER. MR. STARKS <br /> CAME IN LAST MONTH AND REQUESTED TWO FAMILY ZONING <br /> BEFORE I REALIZED HE WANTED TO ADD THE OTHER STRUCTURES I <br /> ADVISED PLANNING AND ZONING TO GIVE MR. STARKS MULTIPLE <br /> FAMILY AND THEY DID. THE NEXT DAY I THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND <br /> DECIDED TO ADVISE CITY COUNCIL TO TABLE THIS ITEM AND LET <br /> ME TAKE IT BACK TO P&Z SO THAT I COULD SEND THE PROPERTY <br /> OWNERS NOTICE OF MULTIPLE FAMILY ZONING INSTEAD OF TWO <br /> FAMILY. THERE ARE NUMEROUS PROPERTIES IN THE AREA ZONED <br /> MULTIPLE FAMILY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND APPROVAL. <br /> <br /> 2. GARY ENSEY IS REQUESTING MULTIPLE FAMILY ZONING ON THESE <br /> LOTS LOCATED IN THE 1200 BLOCK OF MOCKINGBIRD LANE. MR. <br /> ENSEY WANTS TO BUILD SEVERAL DUEPLEXES ON THESE LOTS IN <br /> THE COPE ADDITION. THERE IS A DUEPLEX ON THE LOT JUST <br /> NORTH OF THESE THE REST OF THE HOMES IN THE AREA ARE ALL <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES. THE ZONING FOR THIS AREA IS NOW <br /> AGRICULTURAL BECAUSE OF BEING ANNEXED A FEW YEARS AGO, <br /> THIS WOULD BE THE FIRST ZONING FOR THE AREA. <br /> <br /> <br />
