City of Paris Historic Resources Survey 2003 <br /> Phase 2 - Page 6 <br /> <br />Task 5 - Educational Components <br /> <br />Task 5.1 - Seminar <br />ARCHITEXAS will conduct a public seminar for realtors and property owners regarding <br />the significance of Paxis' historic resources. The nature of the seminar will be determined <br />by the client and ARCHITEXAS. <br /> <br />Task 5.2 - Audio-visual <br />ARCHITEXAS will prepare a PowerPoint presentation for use by students, clubs and <br />other organizations. The subject of the presentation will be the historic resources of Paris, <br />Texas. The nature and content of the presentation will be developed with input from the <br />client. <br /> <br />Meetings and Presentations <br />This proposal includes the following meetings: <br /> <br />Task 1.1 Field Survey Plan Meeting 2-6 hours <br />Presentation of Survey Findings 1-3 hours <br />Task 3.1 Public Outreach 2-3 hours <br />Task 3.4 Preservation Plan Presentation 1-3 hours <br />Task 5.1 Seminar 3-4 hours <br /> <br />Additional meetings will be held at the cliem's request and for an additional charge. <br /> <br /> <br />
