City of Paris Historic Resources Survey 2003 <br /> Phase 2 - Page 8 <br /> <br />Compensation <br /> <br />Axchitexas proposes to complete the above-described scope of work for the following fees: <br /> <br />Task 1 - Survey of Residential Properties $3,580.00 <br />Task 2 - Survey Reports & Presentation 4,840.00 <br />Task 3 - Preservation Plan & Presentation 5,345.00 <br />Task 4- Web Site Level 1 Update 3,000.00 <br /> (Level 2 add $3,000.00) <br />Task 5 - Educational Component 4,635.00 <br /> <br />Total for Phase 1 $21,025.00 <br /> <br />Additional Services <br />Additional Services requested by the client during the course of the project will be billed <br />at the following hourly rates: <br /> <br />Principal $140.00/hour <br />Preservation Specialist $ 75.00/hour <br />Technical $ 75.00/hour <br />Administrative $ 50.00/hour <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses <br />Reimbursable expenses will be in addition to the professional fees necessary to perform the tasks <br />described by the Scope of Services and will be invoiced in addition to the architectural fees. <br />Reimbursable expenses incurred for each 30 day billing per/od will include a 1.1 times cost <br />multiplier and be submitted with the invoice for that billing period. Reimbursable expenses <br />include but are not limited to the following: <br /> reproduction (photographic, xerographic, scanning, diazo, printing, CAD plotting or <br /> other means of reproducing graphics and reports) <br /> in-house printing and faxing <br /> photography and film processing <br /> courier and other delivery services <br /> long distance phone <br /> mileage ~ $0.35/mile <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses for this project are estimated not to exceed $2,500.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
