Regular City Council Meeting <br />June 5, 2003 <br />Page 22 <br />The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilwoman Neeley, <br />to table action on appointing members to the Board ofAdjustment. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2003-098, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Paris <br />Paris, Texas, reappointing Brad Archer, Chad Brown, and Mary Crumpler as <br />members of the Building and Standards Commission for terms of two years, <br />beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2005, was presented. A motion <br />was made by Councilwoman Neeley, seconded by Councilman Bell, for <br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2003-100, reappointing Joyce Kennemer and Sarah Gambill <br />and <br />appointing Jackie Alsobrook to serve as members of the Library Advisory <br />Board <br />of the City of Paris for terms of three years, was presented. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilwoman Neeley, for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilwoman Neeley, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem <br />McCarthy, to table action on appointing members to the Paris-Lamar County <br />Board of Health. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2003-100, reappointing Barbara Forrest, Cleveland L. Thomas, <br />and Russell McCain to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Paris for terms of three years beginning July l, <br />2003, <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilwoman Neeley, seconded by <br />Councilman McCarthy, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 <br />
