<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br /> PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
<br /> ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE TO LEASE AGREEMENT DATED
<br /> NOVEMBER 12, 2001, BETWEEN THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
<br /> AND ANSTEORRA, INC, D.B.A. STARNET ONLINE SYSTEMS; MAKING
<br /> OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT;
<br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 12th day of
<br />November, 2001, in Resolution No. 2001 - 177, approve the execution of a Lease Agreement with
<br />ANSTEORRA, Inc, d.b.a StarNet Online Systems for the use of space on the City's water tower
<br />on 24th Street N.E. for the placement of antennas; and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the terms of the Lease are in need of revision, and it is deemed appropriate
<br />that Addendum Number One, in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto, be approved and
<br />that the City Manager be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
<br />TEXAS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
<br />things approved.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the form of Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement dated
<br />November 12, 2001, between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and ANSTEORRA, Inc, d.b.a.
<br />StarNet Online Systems, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
<br />execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, said Addendum Number One, under the terms and
<br />conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
<br />
<br /> Section 4. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
