Appearance of structures and noise from having 2 or 3 duplexes <br /> in the area was also a concern of Mr. Lee. <br /> <br /> Lynn Coursey, 1220 Mockingbird, was concerned about the decrease <br /> in property values, traffic, and small children who play in the area. Ms. <br /> Coursey thinks that duplexes would cause the area to lose the <br /> neighborhood feeling. <br /> <br /> There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared <br /> closed. <br /> <br />5. Consideration of and action on the petition of Gary Ensey for a change <br /> in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Multiple-Family <br /> Dwelling District No. 1 (MF-1), Lots 6 and 7, Block E, East Suburban <br /> Estates Addition, being the 1200 Block of Mockingbird Lane. <br /> <br /> Motion was made to deny the petition by Brad Archer and seconded by <br /> Bobby Myers. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
