(July 22, 2003) Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: Authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection permit to Waste Management, Inc. for the purpose of engaging in the business of collecting or transporting solid waste from commercial and industrial units within the city limits of the city of Paris, Texas, and finding a public necessity and convenience for issuance of said permit. Authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection permit to Glenn and Debi Bolyard, dba Trashy Business, for the purpose of engaging in the business of collecting or transporting solid waste from commercial and industrial units within the city limits of the city of Paris, Texas, and finding a public necessity and convenience for issuance of said permit. Authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection permit to Southern Disposal, Inc. for the purpose of engaging in the business of collecting or transporting solid waste from commercial and industrial units within the city limits of the city of Paris, Texas, and finding a public necessity and convenience for issuance of said permit. Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by revising Section 18-23(a)(3) thereof, amending the allowed expenditures of the court technology fund.
