Each <br /> lease contract is either on a month-to-basis or a twelve-month contract. Rent expense incurred <br /> during the fiscal year is as follows: <br /> <br /> Rent R*rpen~e <br /> <br /> Hopkins County $10,200 <br /> Bonham $1,000 <br /> Bonham - Campus $2,304 <br /> Titus $4,800 <br /> Red River County $3,850 <br /> Franklin $3,300 <br /> Bowie $3,825 <br /> <br /> NETCADA entered into a five-year lease for office space in January of 2001. Rent expense <br /> incurred during the year ended August 31, 2002 amounted to $25,800. Rental obligations for the <br /> next five years are as follows: <br /> <br /> August 31, Obligation <br /> <br /> 2003 $25,800 <br /> 2004 $25,800 <br /> 2005 $25,800 <br /> 2006 ~11 ;800 <br /> Total ~ <br /> <br />NOTE 6 - CONTINGENT LIABIL1T~S <br /> N~'CADA participates in numerous state and federal grant programs, which are governed by <br /> various rules and regulations of the grantor agency. Costs charged to the respective grant programs <br /> are subject to audit and adjustment by the grantor agencies; therefore, to the extent that NETCADA <br /> has not complied with the rules and regulations goverrdng the grants, refunds of money received <br /> may be. required and the collectibillty of any related receiyable may be impaired. In the opirSon of <br /> NETC&DA there are no significant contingent liabilities; relating to compliance with the rules and <br /> regulations governing the respective grants; therefore, no provision has been recorded in the <br /> accompanying financial statements for such contingencies. <br /> <br /> 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
