REGULAR MEETING <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />COX FIELD AIRPORT TERMINAL <br />MEETING ROOM <br /> TUESDAY, JULY 22, 2003 <br /> 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The Airport Advisory Board Meeting was called to order by Chairman, <br />Victor Abeles at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />mo <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Vic Ressler <br />J.W. Ashmore <br />J.B. Richey <br />Victor Abeles <br />Don Morrell <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />The following members were absent: <br />James Proctor <br />Andrew Fasken <br /> <br />Also present was Tommy Haynes, Airport Director and Jim <br />Collier, Airport Manager. <br /> <br />° <br /> <br />The minutes of the June 17, 2003, meeting were presented to the <br />Board. A motion was made by Vic Ressler and seconded by J. W. <br />Ashmore, to approve the minutes. The motion passed 5-0 by the <br />Board. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />A discussion was held regarding the lighting of the self service fuel <br />system. Tommy Haynes reported that he had talked to Roddy <br />McCarrell who plans to do the job starting on Wednesday, July 23, <br />2003. He plans to mount two lights near the self service credit card <br />machine and one light on the top or the side so that the machine can <br />be operated at night. Mr. McCarrell advises that he believes the three <br />lights will be sufficient to see the credit card machines at night. <br /> <br /> <br />
