Consider and discuss proposed 2003-2004 Budget and accompanying <br /> Tax Rate for the City of Paris. <br /> <br />B. Receive input from interested citizens of Paris proposing services or <br /> projects to be included in the 2003-2004 City of Paris Budget. <br /> <br />C. Consider, discuss, and take possible action on amendments to the <br /> 2003-2004 Budget. <br /> <br />D. Consider and discuss adding additional City Council Work Sessions <br /> regarding the Budget and Tax Rate. <br /> <br />E. Record vote on proposal to consider tax increase for calendar year <br /> 2003 for the City of Paris. <br /> <br /> Consideration of and possible action on the following resolutions: <br /> <br />A. Accepting and approving the Paris Visitors and Convention Council, <br /> Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, budget for the fiscal year <br /> October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
