MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier,~A <br /> City Enginee~/~ [ \ <br /> DATE: October 3, 2003 <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Master Plat of Paris Retirement Village <br /> <br />I have reviewed the master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br /> 1. Show the existing Right-of-Way (ROW) widths for all adjacent streets with a <br /> distance from the centerline of the road to the ROW line. ROW dedication will <br /> be required (if necessary) when this property is platted. <br /> 2. Change the master plat to show lots and block. <br /> 3. Show existing utilities around the entire master plat and any proposed utilities for <br /> the master plat. <br /> 4. Show the existing zoning and land use. The West lot zoning is SF-3 and the East <br /> lot zoning is PD-b. <br /> 5. Provide a map inset to show the current lot configuration. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Michael E.
