MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> Planning and Zon/ng Commission <br /> <br /> FROM: Shawn Napier,~ <br /> City Engineer ~,)] ~. <br /> <br /> DATE: October 6, 2003 <br /> SUBJECT: Townwood Estates No. 3, Quintana Honda Dealership <br /> <br /> I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br /> preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subd/vision regulations with the following <br /> exception. <br /> <br /> 1. Provide the address for the property owner. <br /> 2. Revise the plat name to Townwood Estates No. 3, Lot 4. <br /> 3. Show the Loop Right-of-Way (ROW) width and show Levi Lane. <br /> 4. Provide the offsite easements for the water line to Levi Lane and show the proposed <br /> water line. <br /> 5. Show the centerline of the creek. <br /> 6. Provide an inset on the plat to show the current lot configuration. <br /> 7. An easement will be required for an onsite fire hydrant and water line. The exact <br /> location has not been determined at this time. <br /> 8. Add the P&Z Commission signature block in place of the City Engineer signature block. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Michael E.
