MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> Planning and Zord~g~/~ommission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P.J~ ~ <br /> City Engineer./// [ <br /> <br />DATE: October 3, 2003 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat of Parr-Hull Medical Plaza and Commercial Center Unit <br /> One <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br /> 1. The engineer or surveyors name is needed on the preliminary plat. <br /> 2. Show the building lines per the requested zoning. <br /> 3. A 5-foot utility easement is required along the West boundary line of the <br /> proposed Beal St. on Lot 1. <br /> 4. Add a note on both plats that the developer shall install all sewer and water <br /> services. <br /> 5. No building permits will be issued on lots 2, 3 or 4 until a plan for gravity sewer <br /> has been approved by the City of Paris and construction has begun. Lot 1 will use <br /> the existing private force main that was installed with Murray's Mis-Q. The <br /> partnership owns the Murray's Mis-Q and force main. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Michael E.
