MINUTES <br />Tuesday, May 20, 2003 Meeting <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />City of Paris, Texas <br />Paris Junior College, Applied Technologies <br />Building, Room 1206 <br />Item One: The meeting was called to order by Arvin Starrett, chairman at 4:05 P.M. <br />Item Two: The roll was called by Paul Denney, Recording Secretary. The following Commission <br />members were present: <br />Arvin Starrett <br />Paul Denney <br />Claudia Hunt <br />Jerry Raper <br />Barbara Wilson <br />The following Commission members were absent: <br />Sue Lancaster <br />Ann Rogers <br />Linda Ryan <br />Becki Norment <br />The following quest was present: <br />Steve Shoemake <br />Item Three: Arvin Starrett presented a proposed correction to item #3 of the Apri125, 2003 <br />meeting minutes. Item Three was corrected to read as follows: <br />"Commission members discussed the Apri13, 2003 public hearing. The Commission <br />would be acting to add the class 'HD' (Historic District) to the correct roster of categories <br />in the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance." <br />The Apri125, 2003 Minutes were approved as amended. Barbara Wilson put forth the motion for <br />approval. 7erry Raper seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />May 20, 2003 Meeting <br />
