THENCE in a northeasterly direction around a curve (R=I40.00', C~North 51°05'59~ East 176.92 ft.) to the right along the transition oftbe west boundary line of said 31st Street N.E. and the north boundary line of Pine Mill Road a distance of 191.51 feet to a capped (JMN-4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE South 89°42'46'' East along the north boundary line of said Pine Mill Road a distance of $7.61 feet to a capped (JMN-4025) iron pin (s) for comer at the southwest corner of Sprin_glake Estates//4, said Addition being recorded in Envelope 225-C of said Plat Records, said southwest corner of said Springlake Estates//4, also being the southwest corner of a 20 ft. alley and utility ROW; THENCE North 0°08'31" West along the west boundary line of said Springlake Estates//4 and said ROW a distance if 817.61 feet to a capped (JMN- 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE North 89037' 12" West at 271.84 fl. passing the southeast corner of said Lot 18 and an el corner of said H&W tract 6, and continuing on a total distance of 417.84 feet to the place of beginning and containing 15.4432 acres of land, of which 0.8569 acres are contained in the proposed extension of Pine Mill Road to N. Collegiate Drive, being located in the 2900 Block of E. Cherry Street. Section 3. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. Section 4. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, dircct~l to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying thc same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section S. That any person violating any of thc provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 6. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 7. That this ordinance shall become effective September 1, 2000.
