I <br />City Engineer-/c,// \ <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />October 30, 2003 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat of Springlake Estates Phase 6 <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br /> <br />Include a mailing address for the owner. <br />Show the acreage by lot and for the entire preliminary plat <br />Show the street and alley pavement widths on all adjacent streets and alleys. <br />Show a centerline for the creek on the preliminary plat and drainage plan. <br />Show the water and sewer lines in Briarwood Drive. <br />Revise the lot description to show lot 14-A as Lot 1, Block A and label Lot 14 as <br />Lot 2, Block A. Delineate the outside perimeter of the preliminary plat with a <br />bold line. <br />Change the wording in the signature block for the chairman of the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission to "Final" plat instead of "Preliminary" plat. <br />Add the following note to the preliminary plat "All lots will have water and sewer <br />services installed by the developer." <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />Michael E.
